ErosWriter is for adults only. Account holders must be at least 18 years old, or the local age of majority where it is higher. Misrepresentation of age is grounds for immediate account termination.

ErosWriter does not refuse explicit, mature, or taboo themes that fall within its published Content Policy. The policy defines hard limits that cannot be bypassed — including any depiction of minors in sexual contexts — and the conduct that results in account action.

ErosWriter's AI is tuned to support adult fiction craft — pacing, voice consistency, character continuity — not to replace authorial judgment. Continuations stay within the Content Policy regardless of prompt phrasing; the policy is enforced at the model layer, not as a separate filter that can be jailbroken.

Editorial decisions — what the AI helps with, what it declines, and how the Content Policy evolves — are owned by the company, not delegated to a third-party model provider. When the policy changes, we update this page and the Content Policy together.

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details never touch our servers.

The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from your account; refunds for billing errors or extended outages are considered case-by-case within 14 days of the charge.

Your stories belong to you. ErosWriter does not sell personal data and does not use your stories to train AI models. Story content lives in your account; you can export or delete it at any time.

Data is retained only as long as needed to provide the Service or to meet legal obligations. Usage data has a shorter retention window than story content. GDPR and CCPA rights — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to know — are honored on request to support@eroswriter.com.

ErosWriter is operated by House of Byoka Pte. Ltd., a private company registered in Singapore. ErosWriter is not affiliated with the unrelated cold-email tool that uses a similar name, nor with any individual using the same handle on social platforms.
