ErosWriter is an uncensored AI writing tool for adult fiction. "Uncensored" means we don't apply arbitrary content filters that block legal adult fiction — it does not mean anything goes.

We believe in creative freedom within clear ethical boundaries. This policy outlines what is and isn't permitted on our platform.

The following content is strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any depiction of minors in sexual situations. Zero tolerance. Violations are reported to the relevant authorities.
• Non-consensual depictions of real persons. Sexual content depicting real, identifiable individuals without their documented consent.
• Incitement to violence. Content that promotes, incites, or provides instructions for real-world violence or terrorism.
• Human trafficking. Content that facilitates or promotes human trafficking or exploitation.

ErosWriter is designed for legal adult fiction between consenting adult characters. This includes explicit sexual content, BDSM themes, fantasy scenarios, and all genres of adult fiction.

All characters depicted in sexual content must be adults (18 years or older).

When we become aware of policy violations, we take the following actions:

• CSAM: Immediate account termination and report to law enforcement.
• Other violations: Content removal and account suspension or termination, depending on severity.
